The top Asian comic festival, the Bucheon International Comics Festival (BICOF) is ready to welcome summer visitors. Designated as one of Top 10 local festival​s in Gyeonggi-do for 2 years in a row, BICOF became Korea’s representative comic festival. This year, BICOF marks its 21th anniversary and talks about this year’s theme of ‘Comics and Beyond’. It consists of various programs with cartoons and webtoons for all the visitors; cartoonists, the cartoon industry, cartoon freaks and other visitors. ​It will be held from August 15 to 19 in Korea Manhwa Museum and Yeongsang Munhwa Danji(Bucheon Movie Cultural Complex).
